This canoe is a Selway Fisher Guide 18 made using 5 sheets of 6mm exterior ply. The planks are stitched together with wire, then glued using epoxy resin.
It was a lot of fun to build.
At 18 foot i can get the family in plus a couple of friends, but can still carry and take it out on my own.

I like the look of the S-F Waterman 16 for sailing, but this looks a little less complicated/lighter/etc. Thanks.
