I’m about to do my first independent tiling project. How much should I be charging? (In Saskatchewan)?

As I said, I’m about to do my first side project by myself. I am tiling 64 square feet of flooring and 70 square feet of wall in a bathroom using 12×12 porcelain tile. They are supplying the materials. I am in Saskatchewan, how much should I be charging per square foot.

Also, any suggestion on what to go with for the subfloor? Currently deciding between exterior grade plywood or cement backerboard.
