    Plywood is 4×8 so I would go with 9.

    excuse me for asking, but plywood may warp a little even when properly painted, especially on a roof

    You can only use about 8 plywood lay-in horizontally for that 13′x15′ roof using the standard 16 inches distance of porlains or whatever called it the one that layed horizontal iether steel or wood where the plywood anchor/nailed-in or 6 plywood if lay down vertically but this will be consider a wrong placement of the plywood.
