What is the Pullout strength of a 5/16 lag bolt screwed throiugh two sheets of 5/8" plywood ?

I have a 105 Kg hinged cabinet attached to a wall with four lag bolts. The specifications state that the wall construction must be able to take a pullout load of 1.4 KN or 140 kp. I don’t have any idea how to determine if my wall construction or choice of fasteners is adequate.

Been a long time since I had to do the conversions but if the 5/8" blocking is firmly attached to the studs you should be fine.
105kg is not that heavy but you also have to consider the weight of whatever you put into the cabinet.
Most of the force will be in downward pull ( shear ) on the bolts
Just an example … on old job would mount heavy floor standing equipment w/ wall mounts ( very little shear) to 3/4" ply blocking attached to wood or metal studs & I believe the specs called for only (2 ) 3/8" lag screws to take over 300 pounds of "pullout"
Best regards
