This is the launch of a custom one -off cold molded Express style sport fishing boat.
Her quality and level of construction raised the bar for strength and beauty.
There is no other like her.
What makes her unique is she’s been constructed from laminated and solid wood frames all epoxied to solid carvel planked mahogany that’s finished so fine that the interior of the planking in some areas was just coated in epoxy and then varnished to furniature quality.
On the exterior of the mahogany planks she was clad with 2 layers of Okoume plywood which has 2 layers of fiberglass over that.
She has a teak deck and a mahogany clad brightwork transom sporting her name in Gold Leaf.
She’s made of the finest wood. Her interior is a classic “Herreshoff” style wood interior.
